Beach Fun, Magic Capsules, and Leadership Day

This was our last "real" week of school!  We had a great time during centers and math with seashells, sand, crabs, sharks, and more!  All of our fun beach-themed learning made us excited for summer to be here soon!  We also found some "magic capsules" in our room this week.  We broke the spell by putting them in warm water and we all got an animal to keep!  We had fun writing about our animal.  We also enjoyed having Leadership Day on Friday and had fun doing yoga with the parents that were able to join us.  Enjoy the pictures and your long weekend!  :)

Lunch Day and Summer Bucket Lists

This week was so fun because we got to eat lunch at school on Monday!  The kids had such a fun time and did a great job in the lunchroom.  They are so excited to be first graders and eat lunch at school every day!  We also did a few fun summer-themed activities.  We enjoyed writing summer "bucket lists" and listed all the things we want to do this summer.  Enjoy the pictures!
