We had a great week having lots of fun learning with Valentine's Day themed activities. We did many fun things with candy hearts and candy kisses. We enjoyed making a pretend Hershey hug or kiss and writing if we like getting hugs or kisses from our families the best. We have been working hard on leaving spaces between our words and giving a reason that makes sense when we write opinions. Our favorite thing was turning a candy heart into something new and writing about it! Our week included our fun Valentine's Day party. We made a love monster, played Bingo, made a heart bead decoration, and ate cookies. Sorry I wasn't better at taking more pictures...running a party by yourself is a lot of work! (I sure miss having parents in our classroom this year). But thank you to our awesome parents who donated supplies. The kids had a wonderful time. Enjoy the pictures! :)
