The week before we went out for fall break, we had fun learning about bats! We read some informational books and practiced listening for facts and then we wrote some of our own facts. We made a bat cave craft, since we learned that bats love to sleep upside down in caves. We also sorted words that rhymed with or did not rhyme with bat, played some bat math games, made our own bat, and wrote bat facts. We also met Mr. Munch, our new friend that helps us learn our letters and sounds and we loved him! Enjoy the pictures!
