Apples

We had a great time learning with apples this week!  We read Dr. Seuss' "Ten Apples Up on Top" and glued ten apples on top of our heads and practiced writing the numbers 1-10.  We taste tested red, yellow, and green apples and then voted on our favorite color.  We also wrote about our favorite color of apple.  We worked on informational writing and made a web about apples.  We also made our own web and used "magic rubber bands" to help us stretch our words out.  We stamped apples with our fingerprints while we practiced counting groups 1-10.  Plus we did lots of other fun and educational activities to help us continue to practice writing, reading, math, and our alphabet!  Enjoy the pictures!
