This week we taste tested Hershey's Hugs and Kisses. We graphed our results, put our results in 10 frames, and compared our results. We also enjoyed making a pretend Hug or Kiss and writing if we like getting hugs or kisses from our families the best. We have been working hard on leaving spaces between our words and giving a reason that makes sense when we write opinions. We reviewed the basic shapes we have learned by building them with toothpicks and marshmallows. We also practiced writing "partners" (numbers that we can add), of 5. It was also Groundhog's Day, so we read some fun books about groundhogs and also made our own little groundhog puppet. We learned our final digraph, "wh" and wheeled our "wheelbarrows" around to collect big rocks with wh words on them. Enjoy the pictures!
