Pumpkins

This week we did some fun things with pumpkins!  We matched capital and lowercase letters, listened for beginning sounds in words, and wrote about pumpkins.  In math, we focused on representing numbers with ten frames.  We used our fun pumpkin trays to do that!  We also learned about the pumpkin life cycle and made our own book about it.  We hunted for words in the "-in" word family.  And we also learned a little bit more about triangles, since they can be different sizes, shapes, and directions.  Enjoy the pictures!
