We had a short week due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but still managed to get a lot done in our few days together. We did lots of fun math and writing activities that related to the holiday. We used adjectives to describe turkeys, wrote directions for how to cook a turkey, and also wrote what we thought others would be thankful for. We also did an art project inspired by Monet's "Water Lilies." Enjoy the pictures!

Antonyms, Plurals, S-Blends, and Fish
This week we worked on antonyms, irregular plural nouns, and the S-blends. In math, we practiced more counting on to find missing partners and also learned how to use counting on to solve a subtraction problem. In science, we learned about our last animal group...fish! We had a lot of fun reading the Rainbow Fish and The Pout-Pout Fish and did a few writing and art activities with those books. Enjoy the pictures!
