Welcome to Kindergarten!

This week, we learned all of the rules, routines, and procedures for being at school and in our classroom.  The kids learned the "Big 3: Respect, Responsibility, and Safety" and how to show each of these characteristics inside and outside the school.

To celebrate the good job we did learning the rules, we got to go outside and have a balloon ceremony where we shouted a promise we made to follow the rules.  Then we had some yummy popsicles!

In our classroom, we have learned how to do centers and we LOVE center time!  The kids are doing a wonderful job working together and following directions.

We also had our first regular Friday, so we enjoyed going to library, computers, and PE!
